WHAT ARE SOME OF THE PROBLEMS THAT MIGHT KEEP US FROM OUR MISSION?

1. Some leaders may not know how they connect to the 'Plan for Excellence'.
2. As we plan to excel, we must identify all of the problems keeping us from excellence.
3. The ability to state problems means we must give our leaders constructive feedback.

Clarify our unifying PURPOSE & MISSION statement

To: The Leaders of our Community and our voters,

Please consider this proposal. This proposal should be ratified by all of the key players in our community. The key players should be defined by the current president of our school BOE, Mayor, CEO of our school, President of City Council, and our library director. Key players are people with or without the responsibility of a public service office. Key players are people who are willing and able to get the job done.

Here is a tentative purpose statement for your consideration – as follows:

Prototype ideas and applications to do the following -- within the next 12 months:
1. Develop ideas for new sources of income and skills for our school and community.
2. Satisfy the need by our school children and adults to get informed and inform.
3. Develop the symbiotic relationship of our school to our community.

Using the prototype above, apply the tools, techniques, and training to:
1. Benefit from new sources of income & talent for our school and our community.
2. Report on satisfaction levels o manage time, costs, & quality of service.
3. Access the symbiotic relationship to fulfill the needs of our community.

Imagine the variations on this purpose statement. Imagine a future of unconditional positive regard. Use this blog inform each other.
